Withdrawal limits (2)
At any time, a customer may have a maximum of 3 (three) pending withdrawals on the account.
All withdrawals are processed according to our monthly withdrawal limits and taking into consideration the VIP status of the customer requesting the withdrawal.

Requests to withdraw funds are worked through by the financial department within 3 (three) business days after the request is made and/or 3 (three) business days after the last withdrawal request was paid out, provided all other conditions are met and checks are completed, as outlined in the Terms.
This is totally scam page, I requested several withdrawals through them, and after 4-5 days waiting, it got automatically cancelled. What is the point to play where you do not get your winning? Same question why you go to work if you know that you will not get paid. Stay away from this scam site.
Avoid it at all costs! Rabona doesn't have the self-exclusion/pause options available on your player profile. If you need that, you need to email them or Live Chat. Doing that with Live Chat takes hours as they deliberately delay it so you give up and keep spending your money. But you don't have it when you need it.

Wagering and bonus expiry (2)
Wagering requirement has to be met within 10 (ten) days for casino bonuses and 30 (thirty) days for sports bonuses after the bonus is received. Once this period has expired, the available bonus and any winnings derived therefrom will be voided.
Customers attempting to withdraw funds before the wagering requirements are met will have their bonus balance and all winnings derived therefrom voided.
So, they banned me after i started winning with sports betting. I cannot make higher stake than 0.5€. Now i cannot withdraw my deposited money because they are not wagered but i canot make a bet so there is no option for me… their response? Go lost you money in casino :D
I am very disappointed with my experience at Rabona. After only a short time on the platform, they have restricted my account to a maximum stake of only 1 EUR per bet. This is a very unfair practice. It essentially makes the site completely useless for any real betting. They are happy to accept your deposits, but the moment you start playing, they cripple your account so you cannot place meaningful wagers anymore. . I strongly suggest looking for a more transparent and fair bookmaker. Do not waste your time and money here if you want to be treated fairly as a customer.

Extremely disappointing experience with Rabona Casino. I won approximately €160,000, but due to extremely slow withdrawals and a lengthy verification process, I was unable to withdraw my winnings as expected. For months, I experienced delays, poor communication and constant frustration when trying to access my winnings. I repeatedly contacted them regarding withdrawals and verification, but the entire process took far too long. This has been by far the worst experience I’ve had with an online casino. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before depositing money with Rabona.
